How to increase your FPS in Cyberpunk 2077 on PC

Spectacular graphics.????????? Are you kidding me? Maybe back in 2015...but after 8 years of developing this game the graphics i believe should be not much better than expected...should be "omg this looks so real" ....which it does not. Sorry thats my view. ..maybe even more rwalustic like when a car is turning maybe the guy driving should be turning the steering wheel to. Very average graphics at best. Really sorry to say
Apparently, the game does something funny resulting in a loss of 10-20 FPS on AMD CPUs. To fix this, do the following :
(FULL CREDIT TO /u/ScarXLXX from PCMR IN REDDIT)
1. Download HxD hex editor.
2. Find your Cyberpunk2077.exe
3. Make a backup copy of this exe file just in case
4. Drag Cyberpunk2077.exe to HxD. A bunch of hex numbers will appear (like 01 FF 0D etc)
5. Press Ctrl+F, change column to Hex-Values
6. Type in "75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08" in the search string without the quotes (those values should appear highlighted)
7. Copy the following : "EB 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08" without quotes.
8. Back in HxD, right click the highlighted values and select "paste insert".
9. Now go the top bar and click the save icon logo

You can also do this to further improve FPS :
1. Find Cyberpunk2077.exe
2. Right click it, select Properties, then select Compatibility, then check "Turn off full screen optimization"
This is a fix you can do for most games running on Windows 10. Full screen optimization almost always tanks the framerate.
Also, the current state of the game (especially on consoles) is inexcusable. The game is a buggy mess, and they deliberately hid the actual footage of how the game runs on the PS4 and Xbox One from their users till release.

Of all the settings nothing gave me more fps than lowering crowd size to medium. I have a 3080 and certain places it would lower from about 60 to 30 fps lowering everything to medium and turning off ray tracing only gave me 8 more fps but lowering the crowd size to medium now I only get lows of 47ish with everything else on max.
I'm not sure what kind of crack cdpr is smoking but this chart reads like an uneducated crackhead decided what specs you need. Good luck getting 30 fps let alone 60 if you didn't manage to snag one of the new graphics cards because not only is it a bug ridden mess, it is highly unoptimised and it really, really shows.
1440p Ultra everything. 30-40fps

This game looks great, even on older hardware. Gpu seems to do a lot of the work despite claims that it's a cpu heavy game.
Was I expecting the game to look better. Yes. Does it look terrible? Not unless you're using crappy hardware on low settings.
