How to instantly boost your framerate by 10-20 in Cyberpunk 2077 on PC

No mutter what I do I have only 10 FPS. Ryzen 3600, 2060rtxS. 2K. I try everything
Patch to v1. 04 still nothing
Anyone have the same problem with me and fix it please let me now how.

Worked for me after changing the properties of the file to not be read-only, thanks a bunch. From 20-30 FPS to 40-50 average now. Playable!
