youre rising star and super star picture are wrong, you are using her indie skin as rising star and rising star as her superstar skin. Btw do we really get the border tho? cuz i havnt seen one in google image. :"(
As noob#L1az_ wrote the skins are incrorrect and I'm doing the last mission as we speak. It only says "K/DA ALL OUT Seraphine Superstar Icon".
You DO get the border with the skin, Just complete the last mission, RELOG! then the border will appear for your next game. Even test it in the practice tool.

So the loading screen border / World Tour mission are not limited ? They stay in quest list in this skin or they have some limited time ?

And they say these last mission on border and icons only when you the skin purchase . So when you get it from hextech so dont get the border ? huh
