Wouldn't actually Best and Hyper Trained be equal to each other at 31 IV? The only difference is that Hyper trained IV 31 stats aren't passed over in breeding because they aren't it's natural base IV unlike the 31 IV from Best that are born with it over the modified IVs of Hyper Trained. The only process this would really matter in is carrying IVs from parents to eggs in which Best would be better for. This seems like it shouldn't matter for competetive and also would allow you to modify Shiny pokemon to be equivalent to Best through Hyper Training.
